Chandos Erwin - Co-Founder, Managing Partner Chandos has been planning, designing, and developing digital products and advertising campaigns since 1995. Growing up with the web, dipping his fingers into everything from design to databases, he led the development of online solutions and campaigns for clients including Disney, Microsoft, Hyundai, Logitech, Thermador, Bosch Appliances, Auberge Resorts, and even the country of New Caledonia. Chandos is a graduate of Brown University and currently lives directly between our Santa Monica office and the sailboat that he doesn't get to take out nearly enough.

Buster Pike - Co-Founder, Managing Partner Buster has more than 20 years of experience in travel, sports, and technology marketing, working at agencies such as IMG (sports marketing) and McCann Erickson and serving clients as an independent marketing consultant. He brings strategic technology considerations and expertise into each project, driving positive returns for both small and large marketing campaigns. His clients have included: Microsoft, Nokia, MasterCard, Comcast, Logan International Airport, San Diego Gas & Electric, Con Edison, NSTAR, TigerWoods.com, US Soccer, US Tennis, Louis Vuitton and the America’s Cup sailing event. Buster has lived and worked across the U.S., the Caribbean, London, Dublin and Auckland.

Urs Baur - Creative Director Urs has 25 years of experience in brand and content development, strategic communications, community engagement and event production. Along his unconventional creative path he’s worked for major global brands such as Volkswagen, Nikon, Sony, Singapore Airlines, Seagrams, Thermador, and B/S/H. Additionally, he worked with I:CO the world's largest used clothing collection and recycling company, as well as Infrastructure Energy, an international developer providing sustainable, community driven improvements to energy infrastructure in cities across North America. Urs trusts in the combined power of technology and storytelling to inform, empower and inspire better communities.

Jason Skowronek - Application Director, Partner In addition to managing our development team, Jason is a software architect, senior Web developer, and systems integrator with director level experience in software architecture, user experience design, mobile, Web, application programming, and managing enterprise Web applications and Web sites. He is an expert in Web development utilizing Microsoft .NET Framework, PHP, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and other software platforms and frameworks. He has led multiple multi-tier, database-driven web development projects and has both led or contributed to countless successful deliveries of B2C and B2B Web applications. He lives in Salt Lake City.

Jason Skowronek - Application Director, Partner

In addition to managing our development team, Jason is a software architect, senior Web developer, and systems integrator with director level experience in software architecture, user experience design, mobile, Web, application programming, and managing enterprise Web applications and Web sites. He is an expert in Web development utilizing Microsoft .NET Framework, PHP, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and other software platforms and frameworks. With more than a decade in the industry, he has acquired a diverse communications background that includes web experience strategy and optimization, content marketing and editorial planning, social strategy, public relations, eCommerce, and advertising (online, print, outdoor, and broadcast). Matt is committed to identifying and solving business challenges and gets excited about helping companies achieve results through meaningful data insights, marketing technologies and creative thinking.

Frank Lin - Senior Art Director Frank Lin is an art director who follows the principle of “Form Follows Idea.” From that path, he’s had the opportunity to work on brands such as McDonald’s, Red Bull, Nestle, Mitsubishi, USGA and Viking Cruises. He prides himself on being more than who just “makes things look pretty” and enjoys the process of uncovering insights and strategies that lead to great ideas. He also believes in having eclectic interests outside of work, which include NBA basketball, photography, writing and reading the biographies of historical figures.

She has a comprehensive understanding of digital branding and a proven track record for building successful teams and executing stellar online marketing campaigns due to her ability to stay ahead of the curve on the latest trends in fashion, music, art, film and technology.

He earned a BA in Public Relations from the USC Annenberg School for Communications & Journalism and has enjoyed applying his diverse skill set in both agency and corporate B2B/B2C marketing environments. James is enthusiastic and accessible. He excels at salient solutions, strategic insights and has a pervasively positive attitude (often conveyed through relentless memes). Outside work, James is an avid skydiver, slalom-skier and martial artist.

Over the course of his career he has worked for major agencies in both Los Angeles and New York, most notably DMB&B/MediaVest, Grey/Mediacom, McCann-Erickson, and Dailey & Associates. His extensive experience includes all forms of media on both a national and local level. He has also developed a number of varied campaigns, including consumer, B2B, co-operative, direct response and international for clients including General Motors, Warner Brothers, Sony Pictures, Nestle, and American Express. Ray has received two American Marketing Association Effie awards for campaigns he developed for General Motors and Denny’s Restaurants. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University.

Casey Burke - Production Designer Casey is an Ohio-native designer who currently resides in Salt Lake City, UT. With a focus in production design he works on a wide variety of projects including web and print. Before joining us, Casey worked on projects for the Tour de France and the Iron Man Triathlon. When he isn't plying pixels for us, Casey spends his time skiing, mountain biking, and watching his favorite football teams, the Bengals and the OSU Buckeyes.

He has helped produce award winning work for Hawaii Visitors and Conventions Bureau, McDonald’s of Hawaii, and First Insurance Company of Hawaii. When not keeping up to date on the latest digital trends, you can find Kevin either at the movie theater, surfing, or wandering the LA wilderness with his Canon DSLR and wide angle lens.
