Our campaign encouraged Singapore Airlines fans to share their best travel photos and videos and get a chance to win fabulous prizes through the Asia Destination Contest.
Singapore Airlines is the world’s most awarded airline for their commitment to excellence in service and innovation. It’s safe to say they know their customers, which is why they knew that the jet setters who regularly flew with them were the most suitable for sharing ultimate travel tips and secrets of South East Asia and inspiring the adventure of wanderlust in others.
Capitalizing on this organic resource, we collaborated with Singapore Airlines to create a six-month campaign that would not only build on the thrill of travel, but would produce user generated content that Singapore Airlines could use in future marketing efforts, and create positive brand awareness and engagement. The Asia Destination Contest offered monthly challenges with random drawings and People's choice awards. Prizes included airfare to Bali, Kota Kinabalu, and Singapore. And, when all was said and done, the grand prize winners walked away with a trip to Southeast Asia featuring business class airfare and luxury accommodations
As part of our engagement, we sent one lucky crew to several fabulous Singapore Airlines destinations and created a series of videos which we used to promote the contest, solicit entries and highlight the winning submissions when all was said and done.
