Since its founding in Palm Springs in 1984, the Desert AIDS Project (DAP) has cared for those living with, affected by, or at risk for HIV or AIDS. Over the decades, the mission of this Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) has grown. DAP now provides the Coachella Valley with comprehensive primary and preventative health care services including medical care, HIV and Hepatitis specialty care, dentistry, behavioral health and social services.
A noble endeavor indeed. And when DAP asked Hydro to help them build awareness of their services within disenfranchised and underserved communities in the region, we knew our strategic insights and expertise in digital, traditional and experiential branding could help. With support from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the California Department of Public Health, our campaigns for DAP are significantly expanding awareness of the organization's services and connecting at-risk populations to the care they need. With patients and clients on the rise, DAP is expanding their offerings and facilities so they can continue to provide the highest quality of care to their community.
