Lori Miller's new film Day One will have its world premiere at the Newport Beach International Film Festival.
We teamed up with director Lori Miller to produce and distribute Day One, a documentary about a school in St. Louis that provides young refugees from war zones all over the world a transition period as they learn to adapt to life in the U.S..
Featuring the inspiring tale of civic leaders and educators coming together to create a program that makes a difference, 'Day One' will stand as a model for communities across the country struggling with questions of how to best handle the influx of people seeking a better life.
After many months of hard work, we're happy to announce that 'Day One' will premiere at the Newport Beach International Film Festival (NBIFF) on May 1.
In coming weeks, we'll be announcing additional festival dates, along with a full theatrical campaign to reach audiences all over the country.
