Last week we launched Gurt, a chatbot that the Hydro team created for the Stonyfield Organic website.

Chatbots are fast becoming one of the most exciting emerging marketing technologies in online customer service tools. We wanted to bring a conversational and approachable feel to the Stonyfield website and so, Gurt was born.

Gurt gives site visitors the option to use a conversational navigation to get straight to the content they are seeking (and have some fun along the way). Designed to keep the user more engaged and encourage them to explore more of the numerous features available on the site, she is always there with some helpful tips and information about all things organic.
